Demo Project for Article about Creating Outlook appointments
This simple 20D project is showing the concepts addressed in the article explaining how to create an ICS standard appointment in Intelligent Advisor interviews. The library used is included in the Zip along with the simple demonstration. Not all capabilities of the ICS format are used in this demonstration (notably days of the week for specific recurrence offsets) but the library supports all of the standards.
Use this project in a real browser (not the embedded IE11) and remember to clear the cache (Open the developer console, click and hold the refresh button) to make sure that any changes to the file are loaded (or alternatively host the JS file somewhere else other than in the project).
