The Oracle Intelligent Advisor ecosystem and platform continue to evolve at great speed. Who could have imagined that in the last 18 months or so, the state of the OIA Nation would have changed so much? We have integration with Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Digital Assistant, we have Hub-based Decision Services and references in Oracle Policy Modeling.
Through these turbulent months of pandemic Oracle Intelligent Advisor has proven how agile, flexible and powerful it is. Personally here at Oracle Intelligent Advisor IT Consulting, we’ve seen the growth of Oracle Intelligent Advisor in the non-Oracle CRM world with customers using Salesforce and other Cloud CX platforms with Oracle Intelligent Advisor as the core rule and interview engine.
At the same time Oracle CX customers are expanding their reach and using Oracle Intelligent Advisor for new and exciting reasons. It is difficult to imagine what the next 12 months will bring without getting rather excited at the prospect. We can probably expect to see the first iteration of web-based Interview creation coming soon enough, and some more progress on the testing harness. But I don’t have a crystal ball, so this is all just opinion.
